Client: Miami Dolphins Youth Program

Things to Know:

The Dolphin Youth Program (DYP) is seeking to work with Bloggin’ Mamas via an ambassador program for the 2021-2022 season and summer camp.  DYP is seeking to work with two (2) groups of mom bloggers with children in the age range of 6-16. One (1) group will target moms of boys (and girls) who would potentially be interested in enrolling in the football camps in the Summer (and Spring). One (1) group will target moms of girls (and boys) who would potentially be interested in enrolling in the dance/ cheer camps offered in the Fall, Spring and Summer. Each group would contain five (5) mom bloggers. Note: The Dance/ Cheer Mom Group has more posting requirements, but the program includes additional compensation for those posts.

Timeframe: October 2021 through August 2022

Mama’Bassador Responsibilities

1.)   Component A (Optional for Both Groups): Live Media Event in November – DYP will be hosting a media event on November 28 that will incorporate attending a game, and possibly a post-game, on-field tour. The event will give attendees a background of the Miami Dolphins Youth Program & Winter/Summer Camps for Dance, Cheer & Football. The mama’bassadors will be permitted up to four (4) tickets each for the event, so that they may bring their families. Additional ticket requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Parking will be provided.  Coverage is not required, but will be monitored and encouraged.  Event specifics are subject to change by the client.

2.) Component B (Mandatory for Dance/ Cheer Group Only): Sponsored Social Posts in November and December- Mama’Bassadors will be required to post a minimum of one (1) Instagram and one (1) Facebook post in November and December of 2021; for a total of four (4) social posts. November’s post content will be provided to them to share as is, so no need to submit for pre-approval. December’s post content will be their own content from the Fall Dance Camp. They must submit all original posts for client pre-approval prior to them going live. This is a social posts only component. Blog posts are not required. 

3.) Component C: Fall Dance Camp 2021 (Optional Dance/ Cheer Group Only)- The Dance/ Cheer Mama’Bassadors will receive a scholarship for their child to attend one (1) Fall dance camp to be held on November 26 from 10a-12p for ages 7-11 and 1p-3p for ages 12-16; value $45. If attending, they will be required to collect content that they may use for their December sponsored posts. 

4.) Component D: Sponsored Social Posts in January, March and Mid-May (Mandatory Both Groups)- Mama’Bassadors will be required to post a minimum of one (1) Instagram and one (1) Facebook post in January, March, and May of 2022; for a total of six (6) social posts. They must submit all posts for client pre-approval prior to them going live. This is a social posts only component. Blog posts are not required.

5.)  Component E (Optional for Both Groups): Summer Camp Summer 2022- Mama’Bassadors will optionally receive a scholarship for their child to attend one (1) week of summer camp, for a total of four (4) days; value TBD. Coverage is not required, but will be encouraged.

4.)   Disclose that the posts are compensated as per FTC guidelines.

5.)   Report to Heather Lopez Enterprises LLC, their urls/ links to sponsored post and social media amplifications.

Blogger Compensation Breakdown:

  • Component A (Optional for Both Groups): Up to Four (4) tickets for blogger and family to attend the November media event, with Miami Dolphins game included. Parking and refreshments are expected to be provided. Value $240+. Additional ticket requests will be considered on a case by case basis. Note: No posting requirements. 
  • Component B (Mandatory for Dance/ Cheer Group): $150 per blogger x 5 bloggers.
  • Component C (Optional Dance/ Cheer Group Only): $45 value per blogger x 5 bloggers.
  • Component D (Mandatory for Both Groups): $225 per blogger x 10 bloggers.
  • Component E (Optional): One (1) week of Summer Camp, for a total of four(4) days; valued at approximately $150. Note: No posting requirements. 

Dance/ Cheer Mom Group: $375 Cash + $435+ in optional compensation via tickets, camp scholarships, etc. for Components A, B, C, D, & E.

Football Mom Group: $225 Cash + $390+ in optional compensation via tickets, camp scholarships, etc. for Components A, D & E.

Deadline to apply is 11/19/21. Selected bloggers will be notified by approximately 11/22/21, subject to client approval.
