Client is seeking bloggers to try out and write a sponsored post with review of the HYLA EST.  This product is both an air cleaner and a room cleaner (vacuum). Client will select 10 bloggers for this campaign. This will be for a sponsored review post with social amplification. Bloggers will be provided with a HYLA EST to use for one week, as well as monetary compensation. HYLA USA wishes to engage South Florida-based consumers via bloggers with audiences.

Time­frame: Post due date will depend on timing of receipt of product to try (2 weeks from date of receipt).

Sponsored Post Blog­ger Respon­si­bil­i­ties:

  1. Attend an in-person product demonstration either in HYLA EST headquarters or at blogger’s home.
  2. Write a minimum of one (1) sponsored blog post adhering to the brand guidelines provided by
    the client. Post is required to be 300 words or more in length, contain at least one active
    hyperlink to product website, and with at least three (3) original lifestyle images or one (1) video delivered according to brand guidelines.
  3. Amplify the sponsored post via bloggers most engaged social channel(s). Recommended: (2) Facebook shares OR one (1) Instagram post. (Facebook and Instagram preferred over Twitter and Pinterest.)
  4. Permit Bloggin’ Mamas to amplify the posts via social media & in case studies, with credit.
  5. Licensing: Provide 12-month usage rights of images/ videos on HYLA’s social media and digital channels
    (website, landing pages, etc.). HYLA will give credit to the blogger if their image/ video is used and will
    not use the bloggers’ images in advertisements without permission. Good faith clause- If an image is used digitally and the blogger requests it be removed after the 12 months, HYLA will do so in a timely
    manner.
  6. Disclose that the posts are compensated as per FTC guidelines.
  7. Return the HYLA EST unit to HYLA USA headquarters after the one-week loan period, unless otherwise agreed upon with HYLA USA directly.

Blogger Compensation: $150 via PayPal, the opportunity to use the HYLA machine for approximately 1 week, AND $100 per each new customer you refer who purchases a HYLA. The affiliate agreement will be directly with HYLA USA and will be signed upon returning the unit. (Note: The product costs approximately $2700, which is why it is provided as a loaner.)
