I have done random acts of kindness for a caregiver in the last 2 weeks. My children and I made some cookies specific to the diet restrictions so they could both enjoy a sweek treat. We often buy redbox codes, write them on a card and deliver them to others.

My mother is a personal caregiver to my elderly grandparents and recently her boyfriend had a stroke and is now in a wheelchair. So she cares for him as well. I try to lend a hand whenever possible, even if it’s just running errands for her so she has a few extra moments in the day for herself.
